You can book a home cleaning service every day, 5 times a week, once every week, once every other week, or just when you need the service. Choosing a frequency really depends on what you need and prefer for your home and family. Most of our customers choose a weekly cleaning service because it ensures that the same cleaner will carry out the service every time on the same day every week. The same cleaner is guaranteed with all plans except one-time only bookings.

The price of a home cleaning service depends on the total number of hours you book.

– 2-hour booking: AED 50 per hour

– 3-hour booking: AED 40 per hour

– 4-8 hour bookings: AED 35 per hour

All prices listed above exclude VAT and are for one cleaner only.

If you require extra materials, an additional charge of AED 10 per hour applies. Cleaning equipment includes a vacuum, broom, mop, bucket, rags, and cleaning liquids and sprays.

You have to make a booking for at least one hour, however, the time taken to clean your home varies depending on the size of your apartment or villa in Dubai.

Once she arrives, you just need to show her where the cleaning supplies are and tell her the rooms that need to be tended after which you can just relax as our professionals make your home sparkle.

You can make a booking in 4 easy steps:

1. Tell us how long you would like the cleaner(s) to stay.

2. Schedule a date and time.

3. Give us your location and contact details – we serve most of Dubai.

4. Confirm! Payment will be processed after the service is completed.

We will send you an email once we have connected you with a cleaner, and send reminders leading up to your appointment.

You can pay for the house cleaning service either online with a credit card or with cash after the service is completed. If you choose to pay with your credit card, you will only be charged after the service is completed and you will be notified through the ServiceMarket app as well as your email.

Yes, you can make modifications and cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before the service begins. Any cancellations and changes received less than 24 hours in advance of the booking may be charged a late cancellation/modification fee.

You can easily track and manage your booking by using our app. You can view all the details of your booking and request changes right through the app. You can also track your booking on the website under the "Account" section.
